In Belgium you can leave your vehicle in the parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities, which are identified by signs or road markings. This includes both PRM parking spaces and spaces with parking meters, except for those reserved for deliveries, police and local residents (“livraisons, polices et riverains”), where only local residents who display their local resident parking cards may park.
