Located in the heart of the Théâtre de Liège, on the second floor with views over the city, Baci is a gourmet restaurant serving contemporary cuisine that is thoughtful and firmly rooted in the ingredients themselves.

Our approach is shaped by the market and the seasons: here, there is no set menu, but rather a dynamic cuisine, where every dish evolves according to the day’s produce and the inspiration of the moment. We work with carefully selected ingredients, paying particular attention to precise cooking, balanced flavours and clear presentation.

Wine plays a central role in the experience. Our sommelier curates a vibrant and thoughtful selection, blending established winemakers with lesser-known gems. Each pairing is designed to complement the dishes, enhance the flavours and enrich the dining experience. This approach was recently recognised with a White Star in the Star Wine List guide, in recognition of the quality and character of our wine list.
