Benoît Nihant created his chocolate brand in 2005. Precise in his recipes and demanding in his choice of raw materials sourced from all over the world, he was voted Belgian chocolatier of 2021 (for Wallonia) by the Gault et Millau guide.

Benoît Nihant Chocolatier is part of a very exclusive circle of chocolatiers who make their chocolate from cocoa beans. There are only a handful of them in the world who share this artisanal expertise and pursuit of perfection.
