Description
Mélanie Lemmens is an art historian, musician, chocolate enthusiast... and Belgian. For several months, the creator of Carré Noir has been tracking down the best chocolate from artisans around the world.
Quality products and grand crus made from exceptional ingredients.
Homemade pralines with bold combinations, refined truffles, single-origin bars, spreads, humorous designer creations... not to mention the famous "Vietnam", which won a Silver Award at the International Chocolate Awards in London. Each creation tells a story of taste, season and emotion.
Timetable
Open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, Sunday from 10am to 3pm.
Closed on Mondays.
