Chocolatier, pastry chef and ice cream maker Jean-Philippe Darcis has always embodied a generous and passionate vision of fine food. Founded in 1996, Maison Darcis is celebrating 30 years of creativity, excellence and chocolate-filled emotions this year.

Now located at Rue des Dominicains 20 in Liège, Maison Darcis has established itself over the years as a benchmark in Belgium and far beyond our borders. Like its founder, each creation is the result of a subtle balance between tradition and creativity, artisanal rigour and contemporary audacity.

A lover of fine products, Jean-Philippe Darcis travels the world's cocoa-growing regions to meet producers and seek out authentic flavours and rare treasures. From the bean to the final creation, the chocolate is crafted with precision, respect and passion, using a resolutely artisanal approach.
