Domaine de Quantole

Nestled in the hamlet of Fontaine, just a stone’s throw from a former locality known as “Les Vignes,” Domaine de Quantole continues a winemaking tradition deeply rooted in the region’s history. On six hectares, they grow fungus-resistant grape varieties that are perfectly suited to the Liège climate and certified organic. Their range includes dry and semi-sweet white wines, a rosé, and sparkling wines that age on lees for over 18 months before bottling. Their wines are available at the estate and through local partners.

Vineyard and cellar tours, tastings, and even participation in the grape harvest are available by appointment.
