Description
Les Epicuriales invites the visitor to a real gastronomic walk amongst the various tents run by local restaurateurs. Visitors are invited to try a starter in the first tent, to taste a dish in the second and to have dessert in the third... and to come back the next day to continue and perfect their gastronomic exploration.
Walloon meat will once again be highlighted under the impetus of the Walloon Meat Federation and the Walloon Region (via the APAQW): two specific tents, run by chefs specialising in perfect cooking, will offer a menu exclusively devoted to Walloon meat.
High-quality meals will be prepared by various guest chefs in the Chefs' Tent, opposite the Musée de la Boverie. Each day at noon and at 7.30 pm, a four- or five-course meal for four or six hands will showcase the talent of these outstanding chefs. The ideal opportunity to discover great chefs, including Medhi Kebboul (Savarin la Table, Paris), Guest Chef 2022, Thomas Troupin (¡Toma!), Tien Chin Chi (Esprit Bouddha, Gosselies), Arnaud Delvenne (Nono Resto), André Le Letty (Bistro du Maquis, Paris), Jean-Philippe Watteyne, Manos Makriagiannikis (Filema in Brussels), and many others...
