The river shuttle

As a result of the new measures taken by the Federal Government on 27 March 2020 to fight against the coronavirus epidemic, the river shuttle season cannot start as planned on Saturday 4 April 2020.

As the future everyday conditions are not yet foreseeable, we will announce the opening date of the season at a later date.

The River Bus service is made up of two boats three – “Vauban” and “Atlas V”  capable of serving six stops alternately placed on each side of the Meuse River,  from 10.00 to 18.00. Its prices are adapted to all its users’ desires.

Whilst the price of € 1 per stop allows you to cross the city for a modest amount, the € 8 day ticket allows you to take a genuine cruise along the Meuse. Lastly, a € 30 monthly pass is available for people who regularly use the river buses.

As a result, if you want to take a cruise down the Meuse River, you can start and finish it at the stop of your choosing.

As for groups who wish to reserve an entire boat for a cruise along the Meuse River, a third specially dedicated boat, the “Prince Albert”, is available (more information).
